My son, who is almost 15 years old, needed to have all four of his wisdom teeth removed at the same time. It was a very difficult decision, and I was extremely nervous and stressed about the whole situation. From the moment we arrived, everyone at the clinic was kind, caring, and highly professional. They made us feel comfortable and confident that my son was in the best hands. I truly don't have enough words to express how grateful I am for the outstanding care they provided. My son is recovering very well, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you so much to the entire team for your compassion, professionalism, and excellent care. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family.

I had my wisdom tooth removed at OM3, and the experience was much better than I expected. The doctor and staff were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything before the procedure. The extraction was quick, and they provided clear aftercare instructions that made recovery much easier. I appreciate the care I received and would recommend OM3 to anyone needing oral surgery. Thank you for making the process as comfortable as possible!

I don’t know where to begin my experience with OM3. Dr. Altman has been phenomenal. He worked with me for a year. I had an accident and he was right there right away. I didn’t have to wait any period of time for an appointment he showed up and took care of me. Another year gone buy and with numerous treatments. I’ve never felt so much confidence in a doctor. Now that all of our procedures are done, I’m gonna miss coming to see him. I would highly recommend Dr. Altman in his team.

***Final update, appointment went well and all staff I interacted with were very kind and understanding of the situation at hand, I have not deleted my initial review for transparency as well as context, but after understanding that this was a technological issue and not a case of negligence I am satisfied with my experience here, thank you OM3 team! **An update, after posting this review I was reached out to by Alicia, an office manager, she was very kind and listened to my situation, assuring me that was not 'the norm' and that she had backtracked through the call logs and figured out it was ultimately an issue with their new phone system's routing.. She was able to get me scheduled for an urgent follow up the next day at my closest office, which I appreciate and am hopeful this visit fixes any complications going forward. I am hesitant to leave this review, but I believe it is important to share my experience with the Mill Creek OM3 office. With a background in emergency medical response, I understand the importance of timely communication, appropriate follow-up, and recognizing when symptoms may require urgent attention! Met the staff at the Mill creek office since I needed a post op appt to address a couple concerns after my extractions and new denture. Everyone was so helpful and they fit me into their very busy schedule the same day and I did not expect that. Dr. Altman is so caring and kind and helped put my mind at ease with what was going on. A wonderful clinic filled with compassionate people throughout 😁
